Child Safety Standards — Dua Circle

Dua Circle is a Muslim community app operated by Syed Technologies. We are committed to keeping our platform safe and free of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Dua Circle strictly prohibits:
- Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming, sextortion, or any content that endangers minors
- Content that sexualizes, exploits, or harms children in any way
Accounts posting such content will be permanently banned. Content will be removed immediately when identified.
Age requirement
Dua Circle is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
How to report in the app
- Open a post or comment → tap Report (detail screen)
- Block users from Profile → Blocked Users
- Guests can report at Report a user
Reports are reviewed within 24–48 hours.
How we respond to CSAM
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE on Dua Circle, we will:
- Remove the content and disable the account
- Preserve information as required by law
- Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority
- Cooperate with law enforcement when required
